TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and purchasing at the website adq.vn (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), you agree to the following terms. The Website is owned and operated by ADQ.

1. Member Accounts

  • You can make purchases without an account, or register as a member using your phone number (OTP verification via Zalo), Zalo, Google, or Facebook.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the security of your login device. Each phone number is associated with only one account.
  • ADQ reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts showing signs of fraud, promotion abuse, or legal violations.

2. Product Information and Pricing

  • Images and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible; actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Listed prices are in Vietnamese Dong (VND), inclusive of VAT (if applicable), excluding shipping fees.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing error due to a system glitch, ADQ will contact you to reconfirm or cancel the order and issue a refund (if payment has been made).

3. Ordering and Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed when ADQ contacts you (via phone / Zalo) or when the system records a successful payment.
  • ADQ may decline or cancel orders when products are out of stock, delivery information is unreachable, or there are signs of fraudulent ordering. Any paid amounts will be fully refunded.
  • You can cancel your order free of charge before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

4. Promotions, Discount Codes, Reward Points

  • Each program has its own terms and expiration date published accordingly; they are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Accumulated points and member benefits apply according to the Member Policy.

5. Payment, Delivery, Returns

Applies according to the Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website (logos, images, articles, designs) is owned by ADQ. Any copying or use for commercial purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Website for fraud, fake orders, malware distribution, or unauthorized data collection.
  • Posting false reviews, offensive content, advertisements, or containing malicious links.

8. Limitation of Liability

ADQ is not liable for damages arising from Internet connection errors, your devices, or force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, third-party infrastructure incidents...). In any case, compensation liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

9. Complaint and Dispute Resolution

  • You can submit complaints via hotline, email, or directly at the store; ADQ will respond within 24 working hours and resolve them within a maximum of 07 working days.
  • Disputes are preferentially resolved through negotiation and mediation; if unsuccessful, either party has the right to request a competent Court in Vietnam to resolve the matter in accordance with Vietnamese law.

10. Amendments to Terms

ADQ may update these terms to comply with legal regulations and business operations. The new version takes effect as soon as it is posted on the Website.
