Payment Policy

ADQ supports flexible and secure payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • You pay cash to the delivery staff after inspecting the product.
  • Applicable nationwide with no additional COD fee.

2. Bank Transfer

  • Account details and QR code are displayed immediately after placing the order and on the order detail page.
  • Please enter the exact transfer content as your order code for automatic system confirmation.
  • Upon receiving full payment, your order status will change to "Paid" and you will receive a confirmation notification.
  • ADQ does not request transfers to personal accounts other than the information displayed on the website. If in doubt, please call our hotline to verify.

In-Store Payment

At our stores, you can pay with cash, bank transfer / QR code scan, or bank card.

Invoices

If you need an invoice, please enter your invoice details (company name, tax code, address, email) in the order notes or contact our hotline within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refunds

In case of canceling a paid order or receiving a refund under our Exchange & Return Policy, ADQ will refund via bank transfer within 03 – 07 working days.
