Membership & Points Policy

Become an ADQ member free to earn points and receive exclusive offers for you.

1. Register as a member

  • Register at adq.vn/dang-ky (full name, phone number, date of birth; verification via OTP code through Zalo) or at the checkout counter of our stores.
  • Phone number serves as member ID: used for both online and in‑store purchases.

2. Earn points

  • For every 100.000đ invoice value (after discount) you earn 1 point.
  • Points are credited when the order is completed (online orders: after successful delivery).
  • Cancelled or returned orders will have the corresponding points deducted.
  • You can view points, invoices and point history in the Account → In‑store purchases & points section.

3. Member benefits

  • Exclusive discounts and coupon codes for members per program.
  • Birthday gifts / offers (according to the current program).
  • Track orders, save multiple delivery addresses, fast checkout.
  • Use points to redeem offers when the points redemption program is active – ADQ will announce the conversion details.

4. General terms

  • Accumulated points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non‑transferable.
  • ADQ reserves the right to adjust or revoke points and benefits arising from fraudulent transactions or fake orders.
  • Policies may be adjusted; changes will be announced on the website before taking effect.
