Shipping Policy

ADQ offers nationwide delivery through trusted shipping partners.

1. Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate of 30,000đ/order for all provinces and cities.
  • Free shipping for orders from 500,000đ (calculated after promotions).
  • Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders placed before 4 PM are processed the same day; after 4 PM, Sundays, and public holidays are processed the next working day. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, epidemics, or peak holiday seasons – ADQ will notify you in case of delays.

3. Inspection Upon Receipt

  • You are allowed to inspect the goods before payment (check design, color, size, quantity); trying on clothes directly with the shipper is not permitted.
  • If the product is incorrect, missing, or damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery and immediately notify ADQ for a free redelivery.
  • We encourage recording a video when unboxing as a basis for fast complaint handling.

4. Order Tracking

You can check your order status at Order Tracking or in the Account section (when logged in). ADQ sends notifications via Zalo / SMS when the order is confirmed and dispatched.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery

The shipping partner will attempt contact up to 3 times. If unreachable or if you refuse delivery without a valid reason, the order will be returned and ADQ may refuse future COD orders from this phone number.
